ordering and delivery

I'm currently re-working my print range and I'm not taking orders for the moment while I do that. Previous options are shown below.
postage and packing
Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate for the entire delivery, regardless of number of items. Charges are as follows:

For international orders, you may need to pay additional local customs charges or taxes when the print arrives.
Mounted prints are packed flat in protective packaging. Unmounted prints are carefully rolled and shipped in strong postal tubes.
turnaround times
Prints are produced to order, carefully inspected and are usually shipped within 10 working days.
refunds and returns
Customer feedback so far has been 100% positive and the aim's obviously to keep it that way, but in the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your print, please see the following:
- If the print is damaged in transit, please contact me on receipt for a full refund of the print cost plus postage. Please note that the carrier may want to see the damage to validate the claim, so please retain the damaged item and packaging until your refund has been confirmed.
- If you've simply changed your mind, return the print within 10 days for a refund, carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging. Unfortunately postage cannot be refunded in this case, but the cost of any returned prints will be refunded in full.
acceptance of orders
Acceptance of orders will be notified by email, usually within two working days. It's extremely unlikely that an order will not be accepted, but if your order cannot be accepted for any reason you will be informed by email.
